To buy a product you like, you need to order it. There are several ways to do this.

1. Choose the product you like and click “Order”. Fill in the form when placing the order: full name, phone and email. A manager will then call you back to confirm the purchase.
2. Choose the product you like and click “Add to cart”. Then go to the cart and click “Checkout”. Next, fill in the form with your contact details and submit the request. A manager will contact you to discuss the details.
3. Go to the product page and click “Buy in one click”. Then fill in the form and submit the request. A manager will contact you to discuss the details.

We work with individuals and legal entities and offer two payment options.

• Cash. You sign the shipping documents, pay in cash and receive the goods and a receipt.
• Bank transfer. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Available with courier delivery.

We can deliver your order ourselves if you are in the city, or via one of 4 delivery options:

1. Courier delivery. Courier delivery operates from 9:00 to 19:00. When the goods arrive at the warehouse, the courier service will contact you to clarify the details. The specialist will offer a convenient delivery time and confirm the address.
2. Pickup from the store. To collect your order, contact a staff member at the checkout and give your order number.
3. We work with parcel lockers. Storage period is 3 days.
4. We offer postal delivery via Russian Post. When the order arrives at the post office, a parcel notice will be sent to your address. You may open the box only after paying for the order.
